Ollie Watkins needed only one appearance in Al-Hilal colours to make his mark.
The England striker came on at the start of the second half against Al-Ahli and, by the 86th minute, had his first Saudi Pro League goal — heading home to complete an emphatic 3–0 victory at Kingdom Arena.
But Watkins was only part of the story.
Al-Hilal controlled one of the biggest games of the Saudi season with a powerful first-half display, while Crysencio Summerville continued his impressive start and emerged as one of the most dangerous elements of Simone Inzaghi's attack.
And the victory delivered more than three points.
It sent Al-Hilal to the top of the Saudi Pro League.
Al-Hilal Strike Early
Al-Hilal needed only nine minutes to take control.
The move began with Summerville carrying the ball forward before the attack eventually opened the opportunity for Sergej Milinković-Savić.
The Serbian midfielder made no mistake.

Al-Hilal were already two goals ahead when the match changed again shortly before half-time.
Merih Demiral had already received a yellow card following an earlier confrontation.
He then committed another foul as Al-Hilal attempted to transition forward through Summerville.
